Your satisfaction is UAE Cosmetics priority. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within thirty days from the date of shipment. Please note that the customer will be responsible for covering the necessary courier shipping fee in order to return an order. Please message us via our Contact Form and include your order number to begin the return process. Be sure to include your name and reason for the return as well.

Refunds
Once you have contacted us about a return and we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. We will then initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please be patient with this process.
